Amber Rudd – Vote of No Confidence Petition

Why is this so important?

In a climate where break-out politicians like Jeremy Corbyn are winning landslide and unprecedented victories, literally shaking apart established juggernauts of political might, we seem to be, as a nation, in a period of overdue change. No longer are politicians words taken with much seriousness, the established norm seem to be dying before our very eyes. Most of the population can see through the corrupt antics of the people in charge of us, everything for profit and at any cost seems to be the mantra of the circus masters in charge.

Let’s extend this momentum and vote no confidence for Amber Rudd, the head of the Department for energy and climate change, who is recommending a 87% cut to the feed-in tariff.

There is now a serious movement of force to stop the solar feed-in cuts from happening, London Mayor Boris Johnson is rebelling against his cabinet in a move to support solar and renewable energy in London. Other powerful companies are also mounting efforts to stop this from happening including Ikea, Panasonic and The Solar Trade Association. If we can apply some political pressure and show Amber Rudd she has to take climate change seriously, or face a public backlash it may help bring about the required change in national consciousness required.
