Utility Warehouse Limited is a London-based multi-service provider. It supplies energy, broadband, mobile and insurance on one bill, and its energy supply is licensed through the subsidiaries Electricity Plus Supply Ltd and Gas Plus Supply Ltd. Its UW for Business service has been closed to new customers since 14 June 2022, publishes no business energy prices, and currently serves existing business accounts only. UW is still active in the domestic market: its 2025/26 fuel mix was 11% renewable, and it ranked 13th of 16 in Citizens Advice's April–June 2026 domestic customer service ratings.

Switching

UW for Business stopped taking new customers on 14 June 2022. Since then, existing business customers cannot upgrade, downgrade or add products or services, but their current services continue. The UW for Business page still says that new business sign-ups are not possible 'for the foreseeable future' while UW improves its business services, and there is no business quote route. Existing business customers should call 0344 815 0506. UW for Business membership costs £2 a month per account. The Gold Status joining benefits (up to £200 towards early termination fees from a previous supplier, and 10% extra off energy for 12 months, capped at £250 per fuel) were only for new customers, so no one can get them now. Business energy is supplied through UW's licensed subsidiaries: Electricity Plus Supply Ltd (electricity) and Gas Plus Supply Ltd (gas). Micro and small business customers can take unresolved complaints to the Energy Ombudsman after 8 weeks.
