Switching

Power NI supplies Northern Ireland only. Small-business tariffs apply to bills under £5,000 a quarter, and larger sites with 70kVA+ supplies are usually billed monthly on Multirate, Maximum Demand or Market Tracker. Quotes come through the online form (needs the MPRN) or 08000 285 455, option 4. Quarterly-billed customers get 4% off for Direct Debit plus another 2% for online billing, and contract customers can get further discounts. An Energy Price Adjustment (EPA) passes wholesale price changes through on market-tracker products. From 1 Oct 2026 standard rates and standing charges reset higher and the EPA returns to 0p. Fixed-price contract holders keep their energy-only rate, but pass-through charges and standing charges still rise. CCL is added at £0.00775/kWh where usage averages above 33 kWh a day.
