npower Business Solutions is the business-energy arm of npower, part of the E.ON group, and supplies electricity and gas to large and corporate organisations under the Npower Commercial Gas Limited licence. Contract prices are available by quote only, and out-of-contract deemed rates are published on its website. npower's former home and small-business customers were moved to E.ON Next in 2020-21.

npower no longer sells energy to homes or small businesses; those customers were moved to E.ON Next, and npower.com now redirects to an E.ON Next information page (former npower customers with final bill or refund queries: 0808 501 5661). npower Business Solutions (nBS), part of the E.ON group, supplies electricity and gas to large and corporate businesses and works with energy consultants/TPIs. Prices are by quote: fixed contracts run for up to five years, and flexible purchasing is available. Businesses that move into an nBS-supplied premises without a contract, or whose contract ends, pay published deemed or default rates, which nBS reviews quarterly.
