Naturgy Ireland, previously Vayu, is now Flogas Enterprise, the large-business arm of Flogas Ireland within DCC plc. It supplies natural gas, biomethane and 100% renewable electricity to industrial and commercial users, and it arranges corporate power purchase agreements. Ireland's regulator (the CRU) reported its 2023 electricity fuel mix as 100% renewable. It holds a GB non-domestic gas supply licence, and it does not publish tariff prices.

Switching
The Naturgy Ireland name was dropped in December 2021, when Flogas Ireland bought the business. The same company, first called Vayu, still supplies energy as Flogas Enterprise. It serves large industrial and commercial energy users, mainly in Ireland and Northern Ireland. In Great Britain, Ofgem's register lists it for a non-domestic gas supply licence and a gas shipper licence. It does not publish prices: supply is quoted per business, and it asks prospective customers to contact its team. Smaller firms in Ireland and Northern Ireland are served by the separate Flogas Ireland brand (flogas.ie).
