Switching

Haven Power Limited is the same legal entity as Drax Energy Solutions Limited (company no. 05893966). It changed its name on 31 August 2021, so Haven Power customers stayed with the same supplier under the Drax name, and havenpower.com no longer resolves. When an SME customer's fixed period ends without a renewal or switch, the contract rolls onto variable rates that can change at any time. To switch away, customers do not need to send a termination notice, but they must pay any outstanding balance first, otherwise Drax may object to the switch. Fix plans are aimed at sites using more than 30MWh a year. Flex plans are aimed at sites using 2GWh or more a year.
