Daligas Limited was a London-based, gas-only supplier incorporated in 2012 that served domestic and business customers. It ceased trading on 14 October 2021, during the wholesale gas price crisis. Ofgem revoked its licence and moved its customers to Shell Energy Retail, which Octopus Energy later bought. The company has been in administration since 20 October 2021.

Customers and switching
You can no longer switch to Daligas. It ceased trading on 14 Oct 2021, when it supplied gas to about 9,000 domestic and non-domestic customers. Ofgem moved those customers to Shell Energy Retail from 17 Oct 2021 and waived exit fees for anyone leaving Shell afterwards. Shell Energy Retail now belongs to Octopus Energy, so any remaining queries about Shell-era accounts go to Octopus. The Energy Ombudsman no longer accepts new disputes about Daligas. Customers who owed money were told to wait for Shell or Daligas's administrators to contact them.
