Businesses that move into a Corona-supplied premises without a contract pay deemed rates. Expired contracts roll onto out-of-contract rates, which match the deemed rates from 1 Sep 2026. Microbusiness customers qualify for a SMART meter. Other customers can choose AMR or SMART, with AMR exchange at no extra cost. Corona is a member of the Energy Ombudsman scheme.
