Customer Support
Based on reviews on Trustpilot, many of which are ‘verified orders’ meaning that they are proven customers, the customer support from Utility Warehouse, in general, is excellent. Many customers state that any issues that they have run into have been fixed in a short amount of time by friendly staff.
Online reviews are not always accurate, but they should ever be taken into consideration when deciding whether a company is right for you and your business.
Positive Customer Support Reviews:
Best prices around and excellent customer service.
I have been with UW for many years and always found them very helpful. One can still speak to an adviser and queries are dealt with immediately. If they say they are coming back to you, they do! Having all utilities, broadband, home phone and mobile all under one roof is so convenient.
Negative Customer Support Reviews:
Having complained that staff had cancelled my order and not even told me I requested a manager call back, did not happen. Sent in a complaint email form, still no reply. Terrible customer service.

Positive Utility Warehouse Business Reviews
Having been customers now for more than seven years, we are truly happy with the service we’ve received from Utility Warehouse. They offer great value for money with fantastic service and excellent customer service. We love their Cashback Card which has saved us hundreds of pounds off our utility bills over the years. Most years we’ve had £300-£400 in cashback! It’s great to be able to deal with a British company who have a UK based customer services team!
Negative Utility Warehouse Business Reviews
Shocking company, don’t go near them, I cancelled with 72 hours of joining (friend recommended) I have emailed several email addresses, call cs line can’t get through, advised my referer, have had money taking from my bank, have not received any services from them, and when I complained and said I’ll go on social media to complain, the response I got went for it, do what you need to! Not a care in the world, avoid them at all cost, wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to join, nightmare aftercare, no one cares!
